I’ve prescribed our inaugural Fit Friend Basma five days of exercise a week. She’s building core strength and stability with regular yoga and Pilates, plus getting both the slimming and toning benefits of high-intensity cardio and resistance training.
5 days intensive exercise; 2 rest days (includes 1 day active rest = Pilates or Yoga)
Mon – 15min cardio warm-up (medium intensity) + Cardio Toning Workout
Tue – HIIT class (Spin, 24, Puma HIIT or Body Attack) + Absolutely Abs
Wed – Pilates/Yoga class or Rest Day
Thur – 15min cardio warm-up (medium intensity) + Total Body Conditioning Workout
Fri – HIIT class (Spin, 24, Puma HIIT or Body Attack) + Absolutely Abs
Sat – Run (Build up to 10K)
Sun – Pilates/Yoga class or Rest Day
