Find Your Strong
My Find Your Strong course is an introduction to my Wo-Wi method: ‘working out to work in’. Strength means something unique to each of us, and it manifests itself in different ways as we come up against new challenges in our lives.
The Wo-Wi method is your invitation to intentionally rehearse the mental or emotional strength your current circumstances call for as you progress through a total-body training programme. As you grow stronger physically, learn new skills and understand your own potential, you’ll move to mantras that will help you connect your success during exercise to the success you want to see in your life outside of training. That is, after all, where the bulk of our lives are lived!
Find Your Strong will launch in November 2019. Are you ready?

How does the Wo-Wi Method work?
My whole-person training approach is delivered with the science, coaching and community to help you work in as you work out. You’ll use personal mantras integrated into movement, develop positive thinking patterns that progress as your training progresses, and learn how to turn your greatest vulnerabilities into your greatest potential for physical and mental strength.
The science of neuroplasticity suggests that every thought helps to set a pattern for respective thoughts and, in time, rewire the natural tendencies of our own brain by actively and frequently choosing to think differently. Rep-based strength training is the ideal opportunity to manifest strength in body and mind - there are at least 300 opportunities for positive affirmation in every Wo-Wi workout!
