As a supplement to personal training, or as an affordable or remote alternative to personal training, Brit can create a customised solution to support and guide your training.
Packages are personalised to meet your requirements, and a small additional fee may apply for studio use or travel. I invite all new clients to book a free 30-minute consultation to connect in person or on the phone.
Brit encouraged me to return to fitness training after a long postnatal break. Our sessions are always fun and varied and carefully and thoughtfully tailored to me – achievable but continually challenging me to get better and stronger! I came to Brit to help me with my posture and my core strength through personal training sessions. I had never done any form of strength training before, so it was all new to me.
