Our mission

Fit Brit Collective - Our Mission

Our mission is to build physical strength that starts within. Because a strong body won’t eliminate challenges, but together with a strong mind it will help you grow through them.

Stronger together

The Collective is formed out of that shared goal and the process we use to achieve it. We practise the mind-body connection, and recruit the incredible science of neurological adaptation, within all of our sessions together. We work out not just with our bodies, but with our hearts and minds.

From the union of strong bodies and strong minds, to the union of the incredible individuals who own those bodies and minds! Every day I feel grateful and privileged to lead a fitness family connected by a shared goal to grow stronger in body while better understanding and supporting the person inside that body. 

FBC Community

The offline community has been a powerful force for good since I first started FBC in 2016. We’ve collectively exceeded fitness goals, transformed lives and developed friendships. New lives have begun, too – it has been a particular honour to support many returning clients through their pregnancies, early parenthood, and back again for further pregnancies and babies! The family really is ever-expanding. 

Fuelled by the a passion to take my method of working out and working in to the next level, and to help far more people FIND THEIR STRONG, I am currently turning my attention to creating and growing the FBC online community. With worldwide online courses, members’ workouts, community resources and social networking, the FBC family continues to grow stronger in mind and stronger in body – and we do it together.
