Bringing my signature nurturing yet no-nonsense training style from London to Dubai, I am thrilled to now offer personal training in Dubai. My private studio is ideally located for residents of the Meadows, Lakes, Springs, Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands or Jumeirah Lakes Towers communities. Home training is also available on request. One-to-one training
My 1-2-1 training sessions are designed around you. Train outdoors, in your home or in my private Jumeirah Park Dubai studio as we explore and overcome your personal limits. Untap strength you don’t (yet) know you have and walk away with a new win to celebrate from every session.
Pre-natal training
I’ll help you stay active, train safe and prepare for childbirth through all three trimesters. Our pregnancy workouts will be a positive and empowering resource to you as you learn exercise adaptations beneficial for your unique pregnancy, explore new ways to feel challenged while training for two and get a headstart on being a strong, active mother! Post-natal training
Make a smart, progressive and joyful return to exercise with Brit’s personal guidance. You’ll quickly learn the many benefits of prioritising your wellbeing as your workouts support you physically, mentally and socially during your post-natal recovery. Babies always welcome on board.
