I’ve never been a big fan of endurance sports, so for me the adrenaline rush of exercise comes from packing as much intensity as possible into a short workout. This 10 minute circuit is designed to do just that – and to be easy to fit into your everyday routine, as it requires zero equipment and makes for a perfect morning kickstart or after-work pick-me-up.
